DETROIT (WWJ) — A Macomb County man was murdered on the job in Detroit over the weekend, and police are searching for the killers.
According to Detroit Police, Thair Dado was at his part time job Saturday night at All Stars Beverage Liquor Store on West Chicago. He was taking out the trash around 11:30 p.m. when he saw someone trying to steal his car.
The 43-year-old tried to stop the suspects, but was shot.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The suspects fled in the victim’s car, described as a 2015 or 2014 Hyundai.
There is no description of the suspects at this time, as the investigation continues.
Dadoo, from Sterling Heights, leaves behind a wife and 16-year-old son.
