Since it began renovating the historic Michigan Central Station site and transforming it into a future mobility hub, Ford has also been busy buying up adjacent properties in the Corktown neighborhood of Detroit as well – even an old church. The automaker wants to use a portion of this campus to house a hotel and even celebrated the recent opening of the very first wireless charging road in the world near Michigan Central, but at the same time, another, older building owned by the automaker – Ford Regent Court – has been in a bit of a limbo after it was purchased by Dearborn Heights businessman Mike Shehadi back in November 2022. Now, Ford Regent Court is in the process of being torn down, as we can see in these photos taken by Ford Authority.
