WAYNE COUNTY, MI – A 23-year-old man is in critical condition after he was struck by two vehicles while he was running near the highway, Michigan State Police said. The Detroit Regional Communication Center first received a 10:10 p.m. report of a crash Friday, Feb. 16, along I-275 in Canton Township.
