Not too long ago, a group of people went out to a bunch of Culver’s restaurants in the Midwest to chat and observe people. What were they looking for? They wanted to see how kind you were or if you left your manners at home and were just downright rude. Yes, as you were ordering your Butterburger at a Culvers in Minnesota, Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, and the rest of the Midwest, they were watching you…and took notes and may have even asked you a few questions. As a result of that survey, a few towns have been given the title of the “Rudest in the Midwest”.
