DULUTH, Minn. (Northern News Now) – Duluth Police announced Thursday that two men have been arrested in connection to the April murder of a Duluth woman. On April 19, the St. Louis County Attorney’s Office issued arrest warrants for three people who are suspected to be involved in the April 12 homicide of 25-year-old Chantel Moose.
