MACOMB COUNTY, Mich. – A deputy literally leaped into action to stop a truck where the driver had lost control due to a medical condition. The Macomb County Sheriff’s Office says that deputies were dispatched to the area of Gratiot Ave near Church St. in Mount Clemens for a truck that was driving erratically on September 12th.
