NOVI – A New York materials and technology company announced it is consolidating its North American operations in Novi beginning Nov. 1. Asahi Kasei America Inc., the regional headquarters of the Asahi Kasei Group for North America, plans to relocate and conclude its operations in New York. The Novi location will assume all headquarters responsibilities, the company said on its website.
