A Detroit gang leader from Shelby Township was sentenced Friday to 20 years in prison for trafficking methamphetamine and laundering drug proceeds, according to federal officials.
Martaze Davis, 34, received the sentence from U.S. District Judge Sean Cox in Detroit after pleading guilty last August to conspiracy to possess and distribute a controlled substance and money laundering, according to court records.
