DETROIT (WWJ) A Detroit teen has been charged in the carjacking of a Warren woman who was rescuing dogs on the city’s east side.
Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy charged Dwayne Noah Alexander- Perdue, 17, with carjacking the 47-year-old woman.
