The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) reports that I-75 will be reduced from four lanes to one intermittently OVERNIGHT for pier work under the Rouge River Bridge in Detroit.
Watch for large road crew trucks blocking lanes with police assistance. Expect delays.
9:00 pm Thursday, June 5 – 5:00 am Friday, June 6:
- Northbound and Southbound I-75, Schaefer Road to Dearborn Street, over the Rouge River bridge, will have 1 LANE OPEN.
- Northbound and Southbound Schaefer Road ramps to Northbound I-75 will be closed when I-75 is reduced from four lanes to one lane.
Drivers should plan on the reduction from four lanes to one lane to be no more than 1 hour at a time, and this operation will occur several times on northbound and southbound I-75 during the work period…
