If you thought Saturday’s back-to-normal and cooler weather would last through the weekend, think again.
Skies will be mostly clear on Saturday night in Metro Detroit, with average temperatures. Lows will be near 60 degrees in Lapeer and Sandusky. It will be in the lower-60s in Ann Arbor, Howell, Grand Blanc, and Port Huron. Expect temperatures in the mid-60s in Rochester Hills, Canton, Dearborn, Detroit and Warren. It will be in the upper-60s Riverview and Monroe. Winds will be out of the west-northwest at 5 mph to calm.
Sunday
The heat and humidity will return for Sunday. Temperatures will climb back up to around 90 degrees, under mostly sunny skies. People may also notice a slight increase in humidity. A stray rain shower will be possible in the Thumb. Winds will be out of the southwest at 4 to 8 mph.
Temperatures will already be in the 70s in the morning. Expect 80 degrees before noon in Detroit. Heat will be the main weather impact for golfers at the Rocket Classic at the Detroit Golf Club…
