2 arrested in string of random Washtenaw County drive-by shootings

WASHTENAW COUNTY, Mich. – Police have arrested two people they believe to be connected to nine drive-by shootings in Washtenaw County.

Police said there were nine random shootings south of Ypsilanti between June 17 and June 29. Four took place on Tuttle Hill Road, between Bemis and Willow roads. The most recent shooting was just after midnight, Sunday, June 29, near the intersection of Talladay and Whitaker roads.

No injuries were reported, but multiple homes were struck by gunfire…
