Macomb County man bound over to stand trial in dispensary parking lot shooting

MACOMB COUNTY, Mich. – A Macomb County man was bound over to stand trial on charges after he allegedly shot someone in the parking lot of a cannabis dispensary.

Abel Rivard, 56, of Roseville, appeared before Judge Joseph Boedeker in 39th District Court for a preliminary examination on Wednesday, July 2.
