Bay County Sheriff’s Office has arrested three Michigan men on July 30, 2025, in connection to a fraud case involving false identification cards being used to open bank accounts at several banks in Bay County.
The BCSO Criminal Investigations Division began investigating the incidents, determining there were at least three suspects involved. They were going to different banks in Bay County, using different fake driver’s licenses to open bank accounts in each bank.
Using investigative techniques and the technology of BAYROC, investigators located a car known to be used by the suspects at a gas station near Kingswood Road. Investigators located Robert Anthony-Rickie Percy, age 38, of Detroit, Michigan and Rahnaz Lavontae Francis Moore, age 30, also of Detroit, Michigan, at the gas station. They were taken into custody.
