Following a slew of factory closures around the United States, Pepsi is unfortunately at it again.
This time, the impacted plant is in Detroit at 1555 Mack Avenue, with 84 jobs to be cut as of September 27th.
Pepsi is closing down manufacturing operations, although “warehouse, fleet, delivery, sales and field service teams will continue to operate at this location,” per a company statement.
It’s just the latest in a string of losses for Michigan, with extensive factory closures unfortunately becoming something of a norm…
