WARREN, Mich. (FOX 2) – A recently filed lawsuit alleges Warren police violated a man’s rights when they tackled and tased him while he was in the midst of a mental health crisis that officers were aware of.
The ACLU of Michigan has filed the lawsuit on behalf of 26-year-old Christopher Gibson, who was taken into custody on Dec. 13, 2022. Warren police said they have not yet been served with the lawsuit.
