YPSILANTI, Mich. – The Michigan Secretary of State is holding a clinic in Metro Detroit on Wednesday to help eligible drivers better understand how to get their driving privileges restored.
Here’s everything to know about the Road to Restoration clinic on Wednesday:
When and where is the clinic?
The Road to Restoration clinic will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Parkridge Community Center at 591 Armstrong Drive in Ypsilanti.
What services will be provided at the clinic?
During the clinic, state experts and attorneys will provide attendees with one-on-one consultations to determine their current driver’s license status and answer any questions they might have about how to regain their driving privileges.
Vision testing, the written driver’s exam, and other Secretary of State services will also be available at the clinic.
Do I need to register in advance?
Residents who plan on attending are encouraged to register ahead of time, but walk-ins will be taken from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. as space permits.
What should I bring with me?
People should bring $16 to pay for their driving record, or bring a printed version of their driving record with them…
