School bus driver was electrocuted, came in contact with live wire while trimming trees in Sterling Heights parking lot

STERLING HEIGHTS (WWJ) — Authorities have released new information about a deadly incident involving tree trimming on Monday in Sterling Heights.

The Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA) says the man who was killed was a 41-year-old school bus driver from Grosse Pointe Park.

He was in a mechanical boom lift, trimming trees behind the school bus parking lot, when he came in contact with a live wire…
