Family members have identified the 20-year-old woman who died in a Westland murder-suicide as Sarah Carroll.
Police were called to an apartment complex near Warren Road and Central City Parkway around 9:30 p.m. Saturday after a 911 call that stated a had shot his girlfriend, according to sources.
Officers arrived and found both a man and a woman dead. Westland police has still not released any details.…
