Detroit police are investigating a fatal crash Saturday evening that left a woman dead — the city’s second deadly collision in less than 24 hours.
Officers from the 9th Precinct responded to a three-vehicle crash at Chalmers and Seymour Street, east of Gratiot.
According to police, a passenger in one of the vehicles was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS. Three other adults suffered non-life-threatening injuries…
