WARREN, Mich. – Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido announced that a 20-year-old Warren man was arraigned on charges related to the shooting death of his 63-year-old housemate.
It is alleged that on Thursday, Oct. 2, 2025, Warren police were dispatched to the residence of Kayvon Briscoe-Hall regarding a shooting.
