ROSEVILLE (WWJ) A Jackson man was sentenced to 30 to 50 years in prison for his role in a deadly wrong-way crash on I-696 in Macomb County.
Macomb County Prosecutor Peter Lucido announced Stephano Ramon Nabors’ sentence of 30 to 50 years on Thursday, October 9. It comes after a jury convicted him of Second Degree Murder and a long list of other charges after a three-day trial in late August.
According to prosecutors; Nabors, 42, was intoxicated on May 5, 2023 and driving eastbound in the westbound lanes of I-696 in the Roseville area. He collided with a vehicle near Couzens Rd., causing it to roll over.
