A Michigan man allegedly threatened a school after he became upset because his child wasn’t given a snack during “snack time,” according to WDIV, the NBC affiliate in in Detroit.
David Scott, Jr., 43, was arraigned on the following charges:
- Weapons – Ammunition – Possession by a Prohibited Person, a 5-year felony
- Schools – Intentional Threat to Commit Act of Violence Against School, School Employees, or Students, a 1-year misdemeanor
- Disorderly Person – Obscene Conduct, a 90-day misdemeanor
Authorities said Scott also has a habitual offender — fourth offense notice, which is an aggravating sentencing factor.
