Duggan Raises Nearly $1.2 Million in Third Quarter of Independent Campaign

(Detroit) – Independent candidate for Governor Mike Duggan announced today that his campaign raised more than $1.17 million in the third quarter of 2025 — a clear sign of growing support for his independent run. Duggan heads into the final stretch of the year with more than $2.46 million cash on hand.

Of the dollars raised, $1,045,140.12, or 88 percent, came from Michigan donors.

An internal campaign poll released last week shows Duggan in a statistical tie with leading Democratic and Republican candidates. Additional polling from the Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce found that 58 percent of Michigan residents would consider voting for an independent candidate for Governor. Meanwhile, a Detroit News survey of Detroit residents found that 44 percent would choose Duggan over major party contenders…
