An award-winning, New York-based restaurant group plans to open a restaurant in Dan Gilbert’s Hudson’s Detroit building on Woodward Avenue in downtown Detroit in 2026.
“We’re honored to join our friends and partners at Bedrock Detroit in bringing new life to a historic location through Hudson’s Detroit, an iconic landmark at the heart of the city,” the Union Square Hospitality Group said on its website.
