3 Injured in Wrong-Way Crash on I-75 in Detroit, Police Say

Three people were injured early Saturday in a wrong-way crash on Interstate 75 in Detroit, according to Michigan State Police.

The collision occurred around 5 a.m. near I-75 and Holbrook, after several witnesses reported a Dodge Durango driving southbound in the northbound lanes shortly before impact.

When troopers arrived, they found a 26-year-old driver and a 65-year-old passenger trapped inside a Subaru. Both were rescued and taken to the hospital. The 38-year-old Dodge driver was also hospitalized with head injuries, police said…
