Big Sean, MDMotivator give $25,000 in gas, cars and meals in Detroit

As Michigan eases into a season defined by gratitude and giving, one Detroit neighborhood became the stage for an extraordinary act of kindness this weekend.

Social media philanthropist Zachery Dereniowski, better known as MDMotivator, teamed up with Charlie’s Mart, Big Sean and Prime Drinks to deliver a pre-Thanksgiving surprise few will forget: $25,000 in free gas, three cars, 100 turkeys and 500 hot meals given away on the city’s east side.

Dereniowski, known for his viral acts of generosity, returned to Detroit with Michigan native Big Sean, who jumped at the chance to give back to the city that raised him.
