Two charged in imposter DTE worker case to spend life in prison for murder

ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. – Two men will spend the rest of their lives in prison for killing an Oakland County man.

Carlos Hernandez, age 39, and Joshua Zuazo, age 40, both residents of Dearborn, were sentenced to life without parole Tuesday for the murder of Hussein “Sam” Murray and the unlawful imprisonment of his wife, Linda Murray.

According to the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office, Hernandez and Zuazo posed as DTE workers to gain entry into the Murrays’ Rochester Hills home for a robbery back in October of 2024…
