MACOMB COUNTY, MI – A Detroit man is accused of driving while intoxicated and fleeing the scene of a crash that killed another driver.
Police identified the victim of the Monday, Dec. 29, fatal crash as El Verson Mitchell, 27, of Ann Arbor.
