Wade James Pappas was apparently the first Downriver baby of 2026, appearing almost six weeks before his due date.
He was born at 4:53 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 1, at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital. His due date was Feb. 8, Super Bowl Sunday.
