The CEO and founder of a Troy investment firm stepped down after a video circulated showing him screaming last week at anti-ICE protestors in Minneapolis with a megaphone, saying “We executed one of you yesterday” and calling the group “liberal commie motherfuckers,” the Detroit Free Press reports.
Jayden Scott of Bay City, head of Harmony Investment Group, a Troy-based private health care investment firm and search fund platform, posted on LinkedIn a couple days ago:
“It is with a sad heart I announce my departure and formal resignation of Harmony Investment Group. With recent developments in America, the board and I have decided, we have different views of the future of America. It was a great run. We built many great things. Mountains were moved. Fortunes were made. Until next time, So long my friends. Thank you for everything.”
