Wednesday’s weather system was an overproducer for Southeast Michigan, stacking up more snow than expected last night and into this morning in Oakland, Wayne and Washtenaw counties.
Some areas saw more than 6 inches of snow. And that was just the first leg of a three-part snow system that will have the Ann Arbor, Detroit and Thumb areas seeing even more snow between now and the end of the weekend.
