Brome Modern Eatery is debuting new restaurants in Novi, Sterling Heights and Livonia, per a report from Crain’s Detroit Business. The openings will be happening from February to December of this year. It is confirmed by CEO Sam Abbas that the Livonia restaurant will be corporate-owned.
