DETROIT (WWJ) –A Detroit man was arrested in the City of Monroe for allegedly possessing cocaine and a stolen gun.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office said they arrested the 33-year-old man on Wednesday, February 11 around 1:53 p.m.– in the area of Lincoln Avenue and Willow Street, less than half a mile east of St. Mary Catholic Central High School.
According to sheriff’s officials, deputies uncovered cocaine and a 9 mm handgun during a search of his vehicle. They later learned the gun had been reported as stolen to the Monroe City Police Department…
