A teenage boy is recovering in stable condition after he was shot during an early-morning altercation on Detroit’s east side yesterday, according to police. Investigators say a dispute started inside a building on the 3400 block of St. Aubin, then spilled outside into the street, where gunfire erupted. Detectives are still working to determine who pulled the trigger, and neighbors say no suspect has been publicly identified.
