Tee Grizzley Plans $12 Million Apartment Development in Detroit
Detroit rapper and entrepreneur Tee Grizzley is taking a major step toward giving back to the city that raised him. The “First Day Out” hitmaker is reportedly working on a new apartment development project in Detroit that could bring dozens of new housing units to the city’s historic Brush Park neighborhood.
According to reports from The Detroit News and local outlet Metro Detroit News, the rapper is planning a five-story mixed-use building called Wallace Estates. The project is expected to cost around $12 million and would add 37 apartment units along with approximately 30,000 square feet of space.
