Detroit man jailed for allegedly stealing high-end vehicles in Macomb County, twice leading cops on high-speed chase

ROSEVILLE (WWJ) — A Detroit man is behind bars in Macomb County, accused of stealing three high-end vehicles and fleeing police.

According to the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office, 24-year-old Caesar Cooper was involved in two high-speed chases over a three-day period in Roseville, reaching speeds of 120 miles per hour, while driving vehicles reported as being stolen.

Cooper was taken into custody by the Macomb Auto Theft Squad on Thursday, officials said, after he was found in in Westland in possession of a stolen vehicle and fleeing from law enforcement officers on foot…
