Ann Arbor, Michigan — Forecasters have increased the potential for strong tornadoes across parts of southern Lower Michigan as severe thunderstorms are expected to develop later this evening.
Meteorologists say the risk has been upgraded following updated weather models showing stronger atmospheric conditions capable of producing rotating storms and possibly powerful tornadoes, particularly along and south of the Interstate 94 corridor.
