OAKLAND COUNTY, MI – A driver whose vehicle broke down on I-96 is in critical condition after police say they were rear-ended by another vehicle.
Michigan State Police responded around 2:30 a.m. to a report of a disabled vehicle blocking a lane on westbound I-96 near Old Plank Road in Oakland County.
