A man was caught with his pants down by a patrolling Detroit cop. He now faces a weapons charge

A man is facing a weapons charge after he was found next to a car near a Detroit park with his pants down, according to a criminal complaint.

William Joseph Frank Jr., 25, is facing a federal charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm. A criminal complaint against Frank was unsealed to the public on March 11.
