A 19-year-old Roseville man is accused in federal and state cases of producing and sharing child sexually abusive material, according to a federal criminal complaint and local law enforcement.
A Homeland Security Special Agent said investigators were alerted Feb. 25, 2026, after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) forwarded two tips from Kik — a messaging app by MediaLab, that can keep users anonymous.
Kik allegedly reported that a user account, “chaoseje,” uploaded 102 files of suspected child sexually abusive material and claimed to have abused young girls, including content described as newly produced in February 2026, depicting the abuse of a 7-year-old girl…
