ECORSE, Mich. – Residents at Renaissance Estates in Ecorse are speaking out after management posted notices on their doors warning tenants about large crowds, heavy foot traffic and late-night gatherings — and threatening eviction for those who don’t comply.
The letter, confirmed as authentic by the property manager through an Ecorse police officer, reads in part: “This serves as a notice and final warning regarding large crowds and high traffic at your unit.”
It also includes the lines: “Do not bring the club back to your unit! This is not the projects anymore.”
