Bloomfield Township police made an arrest on Sunday, March 29, for retail fraud at the Target located at 2400 S. Telegraph Road in the township.
At approximately 4 p.m., the Bloomfield Township Police Department was dispatched to Target for a retail fraud (price tag switching) in progress. Officers were told the suspect was a Black female dressed in a black shirt, white pants, holding a Gucci bag and a large plastic bag. She was trying to leave the location in a white Mercedes Benz.
