Detroit police are investigating a car theft caught on camera early Monday morning on the city’s east side, where suspects managed to steal a vehicle in under 30 seconds.
The incident happened near East Warren Avenue and East Outer Drive. The suspects broke a window, jumped inside the vehicle, and quickly got it moving down the driveway.
