DETROIT — A Westland woman will serve a minimum of three years in prison after she struck and killed a pedestrian on New Year’s Day while she was under the influence.
Jasmine Wynn, 37, was sentenced to 3 to 15 years in prison on April 24 in Wayne County Circuit Court.
