DETROIT (WWJ) A Detroit teen was charged as an adult for a shooting at the Downtown Detroit “Teen Takeover” that left another teen hospitalized.
Prosecutors charged Ramon Smith, 17, with several felony charges including Assault with Intent to Murder, Felonious Assault and three counts of Felony Firearm.
