DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) — Scott Michaels lives in the Hope Valley Green area of Durham. He’s frustrated — to say the least — about an unresolved cable problem.
“This cable has been annoying. It’s like that fly that keeps pestering around you. It’s not causing you any harm, but it annoys you,” Michaels said.
