The Creedmoor Police Department has arrested a Creedmoor woman in connection with a fatal shooting following an extensive investigation.
Kelly Marie Royster, 38, of Creedmoor, was arrested Thursday, July 30, and charged with murder, according to the Creedmoor Police Department.
