MORRISVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) — Officers now say that 60 vehicle break-ins were reported over four days starting late last week in areas of Raleigh and Morrisville near Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
There were more than two dozen Morrisville car break-ins early Monday near a Raleigh apartment complex that was hit by more than 30 vehicle break-ins just four days earlier, police said.
The first round of 32 car break-ins and thefts from vehicles happened early Thursday morning at the Adara Alexander Place Apartments at 3055 Carrington Mill Blvd. southwest of RDU across Interstate 40, according to the Raleigh Police Department.

Then, there were a combined 28 vehicle break-ins early Monday morning at 2750 and 2700 Slater Road along Sorrel Park Drive, according to a Morrisville Police Department news release.
