The Streets at Southpoint mall is suing a former tenant for unpaid rent and other claims, according to a complaint filed Monday in Durham County Superior Court.
Brookfield Properties, the shopping center’s landlord, alleges that Aroma360 Southpoint NC LLC owes over $623,000 in accrued and projected rent damages. The company operated Aroma360 Luxury Scenting store.
